League Two clash between Mansfield Town and Bolton Wanderers postponed

Bolton Wanderers will not be in action this evening after their match against Mansfield Town was postponed due to a frozen pitch.

The Trotters were due to be in League Two action at 7pm against the Stags in Nottinghamshire.

But the encounter has been postponed in light of a frozen pitch at the One Call Stadium.

The match will now be rearranged for a different date.

Both clubs have confirmed the news.

A Mansfield statement read: "Mansfield Town’s Sky Bet League Two match at home to Bolton Wanderers has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.

"The match was scheduled to take place this evening at One Call Stadium, with a 7pm kick-off.

"Supporters who have purchased an iFollow Stags pass to watch the game will automatically be able to watch the re-arranged fixture.

"A new date for the match will be arranged in due course."

Wanderers themselves put out a similar statement, which read: "This evening’s Sky Bet League Two game against Mansfield Town at the One Call Stadium has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.

"The rearranged fixture will be confirmed in due course and all iFollow Match Passes will be valid for the new date."
