Leeds United were back with a bang in their opening game of the 2019/20 campaign, as they put Bristol City to the sword in a 3-1 victory at Ashton Gate.
Goals from Pablo Hernandez, Patrick Bamford and Jack Harrison gave Leeds a comfortable win, although they were denied a clean sheet late on when Andreas Weimann scored a consolation.
Marcelo Bielsa's side are seen as the favourites for the title this season and their performance laid down a marker for the remainder of the campaign, ahead of the first game of the season at Elland Road next weekend against Nottingham Forest.
