Andy Allman has taken HpE Process Ltd from the back room of his house to become one of the most trusted suppliers of pumps and valves to the UK food manufacturing industry. Clients include small confectionery suppliers and international conglomerates.

He is driven by investing in the people who matter – his team. He continually strives to make his business more robust by arming his team with the skills and expertise they require. And it isn’t all text book. Last month he hired Challenge Cup Hero, Jamie Peacock, to motivate his team. Recognising his staff’s love of rugby, he played to their strengths to garner the best results for both them and the company.
