Adrian Thompson is the CEO of imageHOLDERS and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is part of the team and collaborates together.
The vibe in the office is always high energy and full of laughter. The whole team is involved in the business and are inspired to go above and beyond to ensure its success. Adrian takes the time to chat to everyone in the office throughout the day to make sure they are happy and to help discuss ideas.
Every project that a team member undertakes has a clear strategy and objectives set out by Adrian, with constant access to advice and help along the way. Everyone has a clear focus, and are individually invested in the success of imageHOLDERS, because of the passion and enthusiasm which Adrian brings to every meeting and conversation.
All entries which meet the competition criteria are published and our judging panel select a shortlist of the top three for each category. Winners are announced at an awards ceremony in summer 2016.
