The inspirational leader that I would like to nominate is Matthew Hubbard who is one of the directors for a video production company, which is based in Stoke-on-Trent.
Matt really goes the extra mile to ensure that everything he does is for the business. He was recently awarded and attended a Goldman Sachs business programme and graduated with excellence. He is now applying the policies and procedures that he learned from the programme to not only to promote new business but to also promote his staff.
Originally from Norfolk, Matt attends local business events and networking opportunities in Stoke-on-Trent to ensure that he is getting the best for his business.
He was recently awarded runner up at The Sentinel Business Awards and I know it would mean the world to him and the company to achieve everything that they have set out to achieve.
