Having taken over the business as it fought closure, I have spent the past five years developing an ambitious, exciting team of young engineers who are following my lead to create a thriving, award-winning IT support provider.
It was important for me to start fresh with the business, immediately establishing a clear vision to help people who use IT; to build relationships with our clients and – most importantly – to really love what we do and who we work with.
I’m passionate about good leadership. I like to set by example and lead from the front, and my team know I always have their best interests in mind as I grow our business.
Apparently if there was a “best boss ever” award, they’d nominate me. The business is growing extremely well and the team are completely engaged and enthused by their success. This award would not only recognise my leadership, transforming a business from rags to riches, but would also reward the team who have worked their socks off with me.
