My inspirational leader is my daughter Gemma.
Our business started five years ago, and after a long chat Gemma decided to leave her job and join me. Although I have been in catering for over 30 years it was all alien to Gemma. However she was not fazed and after two years she has taken us from strength to strength.
In the last two years we have been shortlisted in the Wedding Industry Awards for London and the South East 2014/2015, in the catering and events categories. Our clients love our food and our service.
Gemma continues to expand our business by contacting new venues. We started with one venue, and now we have been invited to be the preferred suppliers of four. The long hours we work are hard but because our business is now focused and driven to succeed at greater levels it’s all worthwhile.
We are now looking to start up a cookery school to help people carry on to the next generation the importance of home cooked quality food.
I’m so proud of what Gemma has enabled us to achieve – her drive and determination is outstanding!
