Our CEO, Darren Fell, has driven improvements across all areas of our business this year. Maintaining growth is incredibly difficult for any business, but with Darren’s leadership we have recorded over 50% growth for the last five years, and are on course to do so again this year.
Darren is fantastic at keeping his eye on all areas of the business and regularly checks in with every department to address any problems and offer advice.
Darren has also been the driving force behind several strategic partnerships we have put in place this year, including becoming the recommended accountancy provider for Uber’s partner drivers. Darren is spearheading several more partnerships, which have the potential to accelerate our growth further.
Outside of his work at Crunch, Darren also mentors other business owners locally and speaks regularly at industry events. He is generous with his time and always available to anyone inside or outside the business who seeks his advice.
