Over the past two years, Affari Media has been paving the way for never-seen-before digital marketing solutions. Our innovative approach to this sector, which has seen us attract several global tech giants, was the brainchild of our creative director, Ben Hankin.

Ben, in partnership with Craig Brothers, formed Affari Media in 2012, after being inspired by his own vision of pushing the boundaries in digital publishing.

In turn, Ben’s vision has inspired clients, business partners and, most importantly, the fantastic team of designers Affari has obtained since its conception.

Affari has pledged to recruit locally, within our home of Nottingham, offering exciting opportunities to young, unemployed people. Ben’s commitment to coaching and training the individuals we have recruited has contributed to Affari expanding our design team three-fold.

It is through Ben’s dedication to nurturing talent that we have been able to double our turnover year-on-year since the company’s formation, including developing a major account to £200,000 pa, which continues to increase under Ben’s leadership.

On a daily basis, Ben inspires and shapes our young employees to become great designers and thinkers. With his guidance, new team members have been transformed into confident and forward-thinking individuals, rapidly progressing their careers within our agency.
