Andrea is a phenomenal and inspiring leader who is committed to improving people’s lives both in and outside of work.
In January 2014 our business went from being a partnership to a sole ownership. One of the first things Andrea did as a sole owner was to introduce new well-being initiatives for the team. One of these initiatives was a nap room which we use for quiet working, meetings, relaxation and napping to reboot during the day.
Another was arranging an internal team-building day with the entire team, including our remote staff, once every quarter. To find more ways to help our clients keep their people happy, energised and productive, Andrea pulled together similar on-brand offerings exploring other creative forms and created the inspireMe Group, which our existing business sing & inspire is part of.
Andrea has brought a new sense of unity to the team and really pushed us to step up. As a team we refreshed our values and introduced a “mapping” exercise to help us identify problem areas. Creatively mapping out journeys and roles with coloured pens and large pieces of paper helped us transform the business and kick-start our growth.
We won our first UK-wide contract with one of our clients after a very successful six month engagement programme and our team has doubled in size. It has been a fantastic year!
