Leacy Classics agrees lease deal on Birmingham industrial park

An industrial park in north Birmingham is close to full capacity after a letting deal was signed with a classic car parts supply firm.

Leacy Classics has agreed a deal with landlord Federated Hermes on a 34,500 sq ft unit at Erdington Industrial Park.

Leacy Classics has signed a ten-year lease, taking the warehouse in addition to its existing premises in Aston Lane.

Alex Eagleton, senior surveyor with property consultancy Harris Lamb which agreed the letting, said: "We now have just one opportunity remaining at the park and high demand for further industrial property within the West Midlands.

"Federated Hermes plans to address that need by speculatively building a 42,000 sq ft detached warehouse unit at the site which now has planning consent."
