Bell was a premier selection in fantasy drafts, like top three or top five.
And what did you get if you chose him in the first round? Absolutely nothing as Bell held out and sat out the entire season.
Monday, he took to Twitter to say he was sorry for everyone who was misguided in choosing him in 2018.
