Le Creuset’s 2025 harvest collection is even better than I imagined – here’s what I’m buying first

White tabletop with a wooden cheeseboard and white, orange and red stone pumpkin dishes.

They say food tastes better when it’s made with love, but I’d argue it tastes even better when it’s made with Le Creuset. The brand is known for some of the best cast iron cookware you can buy, and Le Creuset's fall 2025 collection proves once again why it’s a favorite.

The lineup is filled with beloved classics, including the ever-charming Pumpkin Mugs, but this season introduces a standout with a fresh twist.

Earlier this year, Le Creuset celebrated 100 years with a new launch of the Flamme Dorée collection – a gleaming orange hue that feels both timeless and perfect for autumn. It’s only fitting that the fall collection now features the Signature Pumpkin Cocotte dressed in this radiant shade.

Le Creuset cookware may be an investment, but it’s one I never regret – whether I’m after the best non-toxic cookware or simply the best Dutch oven. With fall approaching, I’m ready to add a few seasonal pieces to my collection.

The harvest collection leans into autumnal hues and Halloween-inspired silhouettes. You may not reach for these pieces every day, but they’re the kind you’ll bring out year after year.

Alongside the showstopping Pumpkin Cocotte, I have my eye on the new Traditional Petit Stock Pot in a persimmon shade ideal for gatherings from early fall through Thanksgiving. I’m equally charmed by the Pumpkin Gravy Boat, offered in both a handsome cream and that same warm persimmon.

Here are a few more of my favorite finds from Le Creuset’s fall 2025 collection.

While the Flamme Dorée collection put a fresh spin on Le Creuset’s classic retro style, the Modern Heritage collection, launched in August, takes a decidedly contemporary approach. It may be divisive, but I’m still a fan.
