The Vikings have a decision to make with linebacker Eric Wilson, who is set to be a free agent this offseason.
In Pro Football Focus’ free agent rankings, Wilson ranked 170th.
Here’s a bit of what PFF wrote about Wilson:
A series of injuries hit the Vikings linebacker group, and Wilson got a lot of run in 2020 as a result. He may be able to capitalize on a relatively weak free agent group at off-ball linebacker with a big drop off after the top few guys. Wilson played in 2020 on the second-round restricted free agent tender worth $3.259 million.
Having Wilson back in 2021 would be great for the Vikings, but with his price tag, that might not be possible.
The Vikings also have a decision to make on safety Anthony Harris, who the team franchise-tagged last season. PFF predicts that Harris will sign with another team in the NFC.
