Law firm secures six lots on Scottish Government framework

Harper Macleod has won a place on all six lots of the Scottish Central Government Legal Framework following its recent panel review.

The law firm can provide services for contract, commercial and corporate law; debt recovery; litigation, reparation, employment and inquiries; major infrastructure & projects; property and related matters; and a one-stop shop incorporating the services from Lots 1-6).

The new framework comes into force today and will run for four years. Its collaborative procurement approach means users throughout the Scottish Government can able to access the Framework to procure their legal services.

Martin Darroch, chief executive of Harper Macleod, said: “The Scottish Government carries out an extremely thorough process before appointing advisers to these panels, with the Framework designed to deliver both quality and value to all potential users.

"In a highly competitive market for legal services which includes leading international, UK and Scottish headquartered firms, we are delighted to have demonstrated once again that Harper Macleod meets that benchmark across all areas, being ranked in 1 place in three of the Lot categories."
