Law firm Dentons has hired Brian Hutcheson as a partner in its UK Real Estate practice.
Hutcheson joins from Morton Fraser and will be based in his new firm's Glasgow office.
He specialises in development work, investment sales and purchases, property finance and leasing arrangements across a range of sectors including retail, student housing, build to rent, hotels, leisure and hospitality.
He is also chair of the Investment Property Forum in Scotland.

Dentons has launched several tools for businesses over the past two months to help with real estate issues related to COVID-19 across England, Wales and Scotland, including the COVID-19 Interactive Agreement Tool Kit and COVID-19 Interactive Lease Tool Kit.
