Law firm Burness Paull has announced a partnership with the national association for business angels to streamline the investment process.
LINC Scotland makes targeted introductions between business angels and entrepreneurs whom it helps to understand what makes a company ‘"investible" and advises on tax incentives, legal and technical issues.
LINC has teamed up with Burness Paull to update standard investment documents and guidelines to make the process as smooth as possible and encourage more investment.
They are also working together on an 'Exit Readiness' package that allows investors and companies to act quickly when the time comes to sell their shares.

LINC had a record year in 2018, with over £50 million of private capital invested into over 80 deals in high growth Scottish companies.
