Commenting on the move, Mr Williams said: “I am absolutely delighted to be joining the Michelmores success story during a period of continuing growth. The Firm is incredibly well placed to offer market leading advice across the private wealth sector, and I am looking forward to complementing and enhancing our existing expertise, particularly in relation to the succession and tax planning issues facing landed estates and rural businesses.”

Michelmores’ Cheltenham office opened at the end of 2021 and is headed up by Chris Massey.

Mr Massey commented: “Iwan is a fantastic addition to the Private Wealth group, and we’re thrilled to have him join our growing team in Cheltenham. Michelmores has private wealth at the heart of everything it does and Iwan’s skillset and experience further strengthens our offering in this sector.

“This is an exciting time for the Firm as we continue to expand and enhance our presence in the region. Our investment in our office location in Cheltenham and our ongoing investment in people demonstrates the Firm’s commitment to its clients in the region and to our continued national growth.”
