Corporate specialist Euan Tripp has joined Anderson Strathern from Brodies as a partner in the firm's Edinburgh office.
Tripp has extensive mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance experience including work in the property and hotel sectors across the UK.
He is seen as one of Scotland's leading authorities on hotel management and franchise agreements. Anderson Strathern counts Apex Hotels among its clients.
The University of Aberdeen graduate, who started his career at Biggart Baillie before it became part of DWF, was recognised as a “recommended individual” in the Legal 500 in 2018. He joined Brodies as an associate in November 2013.
