Law and District Amateur Athletic Club’s juniors and seniors have been in fine form over the last fortnight, winning medals and setting new personal bests.
U20 star Leah Keisler travelled to Bedford last weekend to compete in the English Track and Field Championships and had a brilliant performance in the 400 hurdles, achieving a personal best of 63.18s and a new club record, winning the bronze medal.
Meanwhile, the Seniors and U17s were competing in sprints and field events at the Joint League Meet in Grangemouth, which incorporates the Scottish Women’s League, Mens League and Junior League.
