Lautaro Martinez's agent speaks out amid Chelsea and Manchester City transfer links

The agent of Inter Milan forward Lautaro Martinez insists that the Argentine is not fazed by links to Chelsea and other clubs ahead of the summer transfer window.

The future of the Argentinian forward is the subject of much speculation ahead of the summer, with Barcelona, Manchester City and Chelsea among the clubs reportedly interested in signing the 22-year-old.

He has attracted attention from elsewhere after scoring 19 goals in 32 appearances for club and country this season, with Barcelona said to be monitoring the Argentine as an alternative option, amid links with a move to re-sign Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain.

But former Barcelona star Rivaldo recently urged his old side to go for Neymar, while sending a message to the Chelsea target over his future.

The most expensive Premier League transfers ever

"I think that the 22-year-old needs to keep developing and gaining experience," Rivaldo told Betfair.

"He's already a valuable player for Inter, and could become a top player in the future, but he's not ready for Barca."

And now, Martinez's agent Beto Yaque has spoken out about the rumours and how the player himself has responded.

Yaque told Mundo Deportivo : "He treats it (the speculation) as if it is nothing, because he is only focused on his club.

"But surely there is great satisfaction knowing that he is doing things well.

"Lautaro has a five-year contract with Inter and the news that comes out is exclusively generated by the press."
