Laurent Koscielny's agent has issued an update on his client's future with the end of the season drawing to a close.
The Frenchman, who returned to action at the end of last year following his Achilles injury, is out of contract as things stand at the end of the 2019/20 season.
While there is still the possibility that the Gunners could look to extend his deal beyond 2020, the player has been linked with a return to France after leaving his home country to move to the Emirates back in 2010.
Speaking to France Football (via Get French Football News ), Stéphane Courbis revealed that discussions will take place in the coming weeks.
He said: "We will take some thinking time, we will meet with the club at the end of the season. He will will also make up his own mind."
Speaking ahead of the current season regarding his future, the experienced defender revealed that he is looking to leave north London once his deal expires.
"I'm under contract until June 2020," said the defender (via The Sun ). "Afterwards? I'm thinking of moving on, but I do not know where.
"This is not relevant anyway. I am in England, my family too. Then there will inevitably be a lot of question marks.
"The bottom line is to have health. I learned to revitalise because there are so many more serious things in life."
