Lauren Goodger wants to be a 'curvy size 10' and plans to remove her breast implants

Lauren Goodger has said she wants to be a 'curvy size 10' and is planning to remove her breast implants.

The former TOWIE star has opened up about how she is now working with a personal trainer and adopting a healthy lifestyle.

The 36-year-old took to her Instagram page recently to tell her followers "I'm back!" after going through a difficult year.

Lauren has had a tumultuous year after her second daughter Lorena passed away shortly after she was born due to complications.

Her ex-boyfriend Jake McLean also died to a car crash after losing control of the car while in Turkey earlier this year.

Just weeks later Lauren and Charles Drury, who went public with their relationship in October 2020, split up.

Lauren talked to OK! magazine about how she is changing her lifestyle.

She said she wants to be a "nice, curvy size 10".

"I want my bum to be smaller. It blew up when I was pregnant and I hate it. But there’s no rush – I’ve just given birth to two babies back to back. My tummy is going down. I’ve never really held fat on my stomach. I’ve always had a flat stomach and big legs and arms," she added.

Lauren said that she is aware that her new fitness regime isn't a quick fix.

She said: "I know it’s not going to be an overnight thing. I don’t want it to be a quick fix crash diet. It’s a lifestyle change, but I’m already feeling better."

Lauren has also started working out with personal trainer and former Dreamboy Lotan Carter when daughter Larose is in nursery.

She said she is doing bodyweight exercises as well as doing cardio on her own through the week but she prefers working out with Lotan.

Lauren talked about her meal choices, saying she tends to be more sensible now as well as being more mindful with portion sizes.

She said: "I wouldn’t say I’m doing a diet – I don’t like that word. I’m just trying to be more sensible with my food choices. I went from one extreme to the other. I was heavily pregnant and wasn’t watching what I was eating.

"I wasn’t cooking as much as I used to. I was ordering takeaways and eating biscuits for breakfast – I’ve never done that. Even when I was pregnant with Larose, I didn’t do that. And then after what happened, I stopped eating completely. So it’s about finding that balance."
