The TV bombshell confessed she "hates" her body image and she revealed the mounting pressure she is under as a reality star to look good all the time.
Lauren told Closer magazine : "I hate my body, I hate it. I want to get surgery."
Lauren has often come under fire for editing and filtering her Instagram snaps when she documents her latest look with her 769K followers.
The brunette admitted she has been spurred on to have plastic surgery to make herself "look better" while in the limelight.
She went on: "I want full-blown surgery. I want it all sucked out and I want to be little. I want to be skinny.
"I feel like I'm under a lot of pressure in my job. You want to make yourself look better."
Lauren has gone under the knife time and time again.
The TV sensation had a nose job in 2011, just shortly after her rise to fame on the set of The Only Way Is Essex in 2010.
Lauren continued to surgically sculpt her image when she had a boob job to take her from a 34D cup to a 34E cup in 2014.
Before 2016, The Only Way Is Essex alumni had topped up her pout with lip filler.
Lauren said she had non-invasive lip suction on her bottom in 2017.
