Lauren Goodger is convinced her house is being haunted a poltergeist as her bedroom lights keeping switching on and off.

The former Towie star, 33, took to Instagram to explain the spiritual happenings at home, telling her 706,000 followers the bulbs around her Hollywood-style mirror are being messed with.

In the video, Lauren explains: "So 2nd night in a row my light has come on... I go sleep it’s off and I wake up and it’s on…”

Lauren is adamant she's not controlling the lights, but she's hoping it's angels giving her a sign rather than a ghostly presence.

According to sources she has since been released from hospital and has been recovering at home.

Lauren has been surrounded by controversy recently after being tricked into promoting a poisonous drink that contained cyanide.

It was all part of a BBC sting called Blindboy Undestroys the World, in which they see how far celebrities are willing to go to promote products to unsuspecting followers.

The show revealed that Lauren, alongside many other social media stars, agreed to promote the drink without even trying it first.
