Pregnant Lauren Goodger says TOWIE was more "real and genuine" when she was part of the cast because today's stars have had "too much work done".
She was one of the original cast members of the ITV reality show in 2010, with the first two series revolving heavily around her relationship with then-boyfriend Mark Wright.
She left in 2012, with a couple of guest appearances in the following years, and it seems she's not impressed with the new generation of stars.
Lauren, 34, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Charles Drury, has said she thinks the young girls appearing on the show today have had "too much work".
And she added that when she joined the show, they all did their own hair and makeup.
Speaking on Robert Hisee's The MindKite podcast, she said: "It was so much more innocent and genuine. Now, you’ve got these 19-year-olds – they’ve had so much work done.
"We didn’t – we came on and did our own make up. They’ve got hair and makeup, stylists, extensions… we were real, no extensions no nothing. It was what it was.
"We done all our own makeup, everything. Even the adverts, we did our own makeup and took our own clothes."

Lauren has been open about the fact she's had lip fillers, but has always denied rumours of other surgeries.
She once faced accusations that she'd had a bum lift, but she insisted her shape was all down to hard work and exercise.
The reality star also moaned about how little they got paid for being on the show, and that she had to do nightclub appearances to make cash by posing for selfies with fans.
Lauren said: "They didn’t supply anything. Never got paid, nah – £50 a day.

"We used to make money out of PAs. Instagram wasn't about when I first started. I used to hate it. Two or three [a night]. It was always me and Arg always.
"He never drove and I used to drive. I remember driving to Hull or somewhere mad, but I would never stay in a hotel and I didn’t drink. I’d want to get home. I used to stand there and you just had queues of people, 'Can I have a photo?'."
She went on: "We won a Bafta for the first series – it was such a hit we used to get millions of views, for these people meeting us in clubs must have been surreal. Now, there’s so many reality stars – Jesus, I don’t even know half of them!"

Lauren explained how the stars of the show were much more involved in the making of it when she joined.
She said: "At the beginning we helped with the production, it was real! We did go places and we did row... And when it came out it was more banter, at the nail shops, there's not so much of that now - they just meet In the street and have a row!"
Looking back, Lauren said she would do things differently with her money and be more careful about who she trusted, but said she doesn't regret anything.
Although she did say she wishes she'd thought to buy property when she was earning a whopping £25,000 for a photoshoot.
