New mum Lauren Goodger gave her army of admirers plenty to smile about as he shared some heartwarming snaps of her newborn daughter Larose.

And the former Only Way Is Essex star also shared a series of sweet short videos of her cute baby as she slept peacefully in a large double bed.

One cute snap shows Larose, who Lauren shares with her boyfriend Charles Drury, cuddled up in bed with a comfy blanket to keep her warm as her adoring mum proudly looks on.

The 34-year-old reality TV star was happy to share her baby’s bedtime routine with her 788,000 Instagram fans.

“I have to hold her until she sleeps and feels content then I pop her down next to me,” revealed Lauren, accompanying a sweet snap of Larose peacefully sleeping.

Larose was born on July 20 and happy couple Lauren and weighed in at 8lb 9oz.

And four days after Larose’s birth, Lauren was quick to share touching photos of the new family cuddling in bed.

Lauren looked radiant cradling her baby while Charles is pictured lying next to her as the couple embrace parenthood.

The TV personality had documented her pregnancy journey and been keen to share her experiences, good and bad, with her fans.

And in a special Q&A Instagram session on Monday, Lauren revealed she used a birthing pool but actually gave birth standing up because of painful contractions.

Lauren revealed: “I actually gave birth standing up… so the last part I pushed her out standing up.”

She also said she had a reflexology session and, within ten minutes of the relaxing treatment, her waters broke.

Reflecting on her baby’s birth, Lauren said: “I just got into my zone and took each contraction as it came and each one brought me closer to my daughter.

“The pain was the same in or out the water but I preferred being in the water.

“My baby girl Larose was born in 7 hours in my living room - gas and air only.

“I had my amazing midwife with me and another midwife arrived towards the end.

“No complications. Look into your birth plan and choose the best option for you.

“I just love every single minute with her… she is my life.”

And the ex TOWIE star teased fans that she would happily try for a second child in the future.

“I said after labour and the next couple of days after I am never doing that again,” admitted Lauren.

“But as each day goes by and I am healing, yes I will prob [sic] do it all again.”
