A horrified Lauren Goodger had her £43,000 Mercedes clamped while she was at a beauty salon on Friday.
The former TOWIE star was left red faced as she returned from her pamper session to find her plush matte black Mercedes Coupe SUV sporting a glaring new yellow accessory.
The 33-year-old was also issued with a warning notice which was stuck, in full view, on her windshield.
Lauren sported skintight black gym leggings and a leather jacket as she headed to a salon in Essex for a beauty treatment.
After clamping her car, onlookers said the enforcement agent went into the salon to inform Lauren, and she sent a pal out to remove the notice.
After disaster unfolded, Lauren claimed the clamp was put on in a case of mistaken identity.
It was eventually removed so Lauren could drive home.
The reality star confirmed the mix-up on Instagram . Taking to her Insta Stories Laura wrote: “Only I could get me car mistaken for someone else's and be clamped!!!! Happy Friday...
“To the person always remember to pay your fines.”
Lauren’s nightmare Friday came after a turbulent start to her new year.
She was rushed to hospital last month with a mystery illness , after first sharing that she was suffering with a horrendous hangover.
Taking to Instagram, Lauren wrote that she "felt like she was dying," before uploading a selfie with wires attached to her chest while she was rushed away in the back on an ambulance.
Alongside the image, she wrote: "Under a lot of stress lately, had paramedics at mine now on way to hospital.. really not good way lately... I need a break' [sic]..."
From her hospital bed Lauren, who was clearly very concerned for her health, managed to update fans.
She shared a video of her trembling legs, informing her followers she “can't stop shaking”.
Lauren still hasn’t provided an expiation for her hospital drama, but shared a cryptic post where she told fans: “The mind and body are not separate, what affects one, affects the other.”
