She was enjoying a romantic evening at Lokkum restaurant in Woodford while being filmed for the upcoming season of Celebs Go Dating .
Lauren was seen waiting for her date at the bar before they chatted over dinner and drinks.
The date, which was arranged by coaches from the E4 show, must have been successful as she went in for a kiss before they left the restaurant.
Lauren looked chic in a black maxi dress which she matched with a pair of shimmering gold platforms and a chunky gold watch.
Typically glam, she carried a designer handbag as she locked lips with her date.
Her date, who will appear as one of several potential suitors for Lauren in Celebs Go Dating, kept it casual in a tight white top and blue jeans.
Lauren joins Megan Barton-Hanson, Jack Fincham , Geordie Shore's Nathan Henry, Lee Ryan and controversial I'm A Celebrity campmate Lady Colin Campbell on the show.
The celebs will be set up on dates with members of the public by dating coaches Anna Williamson and Paul Carrick.
The pair will pick apart the celebrity's dating histories and give their dos and don'ts when it comes to romance.
Tom Read Wilson, who holds the job title of junior client coordinator, will once again be on hand to make sure the Celebrity Dating Agency is ready for its guests.
