The former TOWIE star, 33, bumped into a pal while she was out exercising in Epping Forest in Essex in recent days.

Lauren Goodger's representative told The Mirror: "The woman pictured is Lauren’s friend Jodie she ran into in the forest whilst on a walk.
"They kept a social distance and had a brief chat before parting ways.”
Lauren was dressed in skintight black leggings and a matching vest top for the sporty outing.
Her brunette locks were worn in a messy bun and she kept her face covered with a large pair of sunglasses.
She teamed the look with a pair of purple trainers and a black cross body bag.
Her friend dressed for the outing in a Nike top and matching shorts.
She donned a baseball cap and grey trainers while the duo went on their walk.
Taking to Instagram, Lauren revealed that she'd been on a 5k hike yesterday.
Her Stories were full of pictures of healthy food, suggesting she's using the lockdown to undergo a health kick.
