The 32-year-old man was arrested in Tallinn at 12.25pm today on suspicion of the murder of Laureline Garcia-Bertaux.

Her body was found two days later behind the £500,000 Victorian terrace in a leafy street in Kew, west London.

The 34-year-old French national had moved to the UK a decade ago to study at Central St Martins College, and lived alone in the rented garden flat in Darrell Road with her dogs.
