Love Island host Laura Whitmore has responded to the backlash over the reunion show.
The presenter has addressed criticism about Sunday's show, which brought this year's Islanders back together in the studio after leaving Mallorca last month.
Laura, who came under fire for her 'awkward' line of questioning during the programme, insisted that she doesn’t ‘get to make editorial decisions.'

Viewers were confused as to why finalists Kaz Kamwi and Tyler Cruickshank were interviewed while sitting in the audience, instead of on the sofa like their fellow Islanders.

Others also took aim at the presenter for asking Lillie Haynes about Manchester City footballer Jack Grealish.
"Jack Grealish, what's going on?" she quizzed as Lillie covered her face and confirmed "nothing."
Fans were left unimpressed because Jack is in a relationship with model Sasha Attwood.
"Was defo inappropriate for Laura to ask Lillie about Jack Grealish on live TV he has a girlfriend …" one complained.
Another viewer said about the show: "This reunion show is awkward and not in a good way."

Another said: "Erm sorry imagine being Jack Grealish’s girlfriend watching that then?? bit disrespectful??"
Laura, who hosted the reunion with her Love Island narrator husband Iain Stirling, has now given any upset fans an email address to contact with their concerns.
Taking to her Instagram story, Laura said: "As a TV host I do my job. I don’t get to make editorial decisions. There’s a whole team that do that.
"So I’ve been asked by ITV for you to contact them by viewerservices@itv.com for any editorial questions and they will respond."
She added: "Some things I can answer. Other things I can’t because I’m not in those meetings.
"I just do my job as best I can."
Laura took over as Love Island presenter from her late friend Caroline Flack for the winter series of the ITV dating show in 2020.
She began her career as an MTV presenter in 2008 and went on to host ITV's I'm A Celebrity spin-off I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here! NOW!
