TV presenter Laura Whitmore headed looked exhausted as she straight into work at the BBC this morning after a gruelling 11-hour flight from Cape Town.
The knackered Love Island host was returning home from her latest shock appearance in the villa and she went straight to her Sunday morning radio show on BBC Radio 5 Live.
Laura, 34, took to her Instagram Story on Sunday morning to give fans the latest updates from her hectic schedule.
She revealed: "I've had a quick shower and I've changed clothes and I'm on my way to BBC in London.
"It's so dark and miserable and I miss Cape Town."

The presenter told fans she's shattered but was using make-up to try and hide her tiredness.
She explained: "So, I have lobbed on a bit of red lippy and lots of mascara which is my secret to hiding how tired I am."
The telly star later posted a shot of herself in the bath after work with the caption: "...and relax"

Laura certainly has been the busiest of bees since she landed the much-coveted role of replacing Caroline Flack on Love Island.
The Irish beauty has been jetting between London and Cape Town for filming, and she's had to defend herself after being criticised over her massive carbon foot print.
Earlier today, she hit out at trolls on Twitter after they slammed her over the 12,000 mile round trips.

One commented against her travel schedule, writing: "Surely there are studios she could broadcast from in SA? #ClimateCrisis."
Laura responded to the criticism: "Love Island aftersun is filmed in London - as all the guests are based in the UK.
"I'm only in cape town for the finale, public voting etc. I'm an advocate of offsetting carbon footprint you'll notice on my Twitter. Thanks x."
Viewers can see the star heads into the villa tonight to play her part in
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
