Others include Maya Jama, Ant and Dec, and, of course, the GC herself.

A source previously told The Mirror : "Laura will replace Caroline. The deal is nearly finalised."

Caroline was arrested last week and charged with assault after an alleged bust-up with beau Lewis Burton.

She announced that she wouldn't be hosting Love Island in an emotional string of messages on Instagram .

One of Caroline's mates told The Sun : "We've made sure she's not alone.

"She's not a violent person at all and to have this charge hanging over her is so damaging.

"It's just so upsetting. It was a domestic between the two of them and has been completely overblown."

Mirror Online has gone to representatives of Laura for comment.
