Laura Tobin forced off GMB by technical gremlins halting weather report

Laura Tobin was forced off Good Morning Britain early after technical issues plagued her weather report.

The Meteorologist was left presenting to a blank screen as she approached the end of her segment on November 17.

Presenting alongside Charlotte Hawkins, before Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid took over, Laura was explaining to viewers that the weather was drastically moving away to single figure numbers across the UK.

Just as she was about to say sunshine would return to our skies, the screen turned black:

"And look! We've done it again, Charlotte!"

Styling it out, she added: "There's just so much weather, the weather screen is just not happy!"

Pretending to be unconvinced, Charlotte said:

"It's just given up the ghost. Are you pressing the right buttons there?"

Laura was quick to add: "I am! As soon as I said 'Sunshine', it did it!"

Later on in the show, Piers and Susanna were left furious with GMB producers, claiming they were 'trying to get rid' of the infamous duo by blasting music over the top of them.
