Laura Ashley's Bristol store reopens for closing down sale with major reductions

Laura Ashley's Bristol store has reopened for a closing down sale with major reductions.

The retailer's sale includes at least 50 per cent off fashion in store and online, as well as 30 per cent off all furniture.

Everything has been reduced and must go at the Eastgate Retail Park shop, including stock being cleared from the warehouse.

A Laura Ashley spokesperson said the store is "Covid-secure" with a limit on the number of customers allowed in at a time and regular deep cleaning ensuring safety.

Card payments are encouraged where possible.

The spokesperson said: "There are some fantastic deals to be found in-store, as everything is now reduced and, with at least 50 per cent off fashion, we expect clothing ranges to sell out fast.

"We are extremely mindful of the current Covid crisis and customers can be assured that the store will be Covid-secure.

"Customers are encouraged to take advantage of these fantastic discounts while stocks last."

Laura Ashley launched in the 1950s and soon became known for its unique printed fabrics.

But in March this year, along with many other major retailers, the brand collapsed into administration after being hit by the coronavirus outbreak, resulting in widespread closures.
