Launching a successful food product: A one-day workshop

If you have a food product that you want to bring to market, don’t miss out on this interactive workshop with Jim Cregan, founder of Jimmy’s Iced Coffee. Over the course of the day, you’ll learn how to refine your branding, improve your product and give it the best possible chance at market success.
You’ll also have the opportunity to get tailored feedback from Jim, and take part in live consumer testing sessions with members of the public. Tickets are limited so book your place now – and spend the day learning how to transform your food product into a successful business.

Please note that people who already have a prototype for a food product will benefit most from this class

What to bring

  • Please bring along a prototype or samples of your product, along with any ideas you might have for branding or marketing
  • If you have started work on your packaging, bring that along too –although this is not essential
  • If you do not yet have a prototype product, you can still attend the class, however please be aware that your product will not be sampled during the consumer testing sessions

Tutor profile

Jim Cregan is the founder of Jimmy’s Iced Coffee, one of the UK’s most-lived coffee brands. He launched the business in 2010 with his sister, and five months later they sold their first carton in Selfridges. Since then, they’ve gained listings with Tesco, WHSmith, Waitrose and Ocado, among others. Their strap is ‘Keep Your Chin Up’ and is the foundation of what Jimmy’s is all about.
