Latin American countries are meeting in Santiago on 10 and 11 January to highlight their commitment to more transparent government and the formal announcement of Argentina becoming the 58th country to join the Open Government Partnership.
The OGP has released statistics on its first 16 months, as well as Latin American countries' pledges to more open government, including citizen engagement and access to information.
