Latest Tottenham transfer rumours: Spurs to complete first deal, Eriksen has choice taken away

Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with big money moves for a number of players already this summer.

But no big names have so far come through the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium front doors.

The club are expected to make moves in the transfer window this summer, however, having not done so in either of the last two transfer windows.

The same names are cropping up and here we run through the latest rumours surrounding those names.

Jack Clarke

Spurs will reportedly wrap up a deal for Leeds winger Jack Clarke this week.

According to the  Sun , Daniel Levy will complete a deal for the 18-year-old for a price of £8.5m up front, with add-ons set to take the final price up to around £13m.

The winger is highly-rated and could spend a year back on loan at Elland Road as part of the deal.

Dani Ceballos

Milan are preparing an offer for Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Serie A side are ready to make a move for the Spanish star, but are not willing to offer close to Madrid’s reported €50m asking price. Instead, they’ll be offering a two-year loan deal with an option to buy.

Ceballos is expected to leave Madrid this summer after apparently being told he is not in Zinedine Zidane’s plans for next season.

Christian Eriksen

Spurs star Christian Eriksen is reportedly considering a move to either Manchester United or Juventus after seeing a “dream move” to Real Madrid collapse.

According to the  Mirror , Eriksen’s hopes of moving to Madrid are now over after the Spanish side moved for Eden Hazard, with Zinedine Zidane placing a move for Paul Pogba next on his list.

Spurs are apparently willing to let Eriksen leave, but only for £100m. Eriksen was said to be so sure of leaving Spurs that he packed up his house in north London before the Champions League final at the start of this month.
