Spurs have reportedly sent their scouts to evaluate Sampdoria defender Joachim Andersen again in their win over rivals Genoa at the weekend.
The 22-year-old is also attracting interest from the likes of Inter, but Spurs are hoping they can convince the Denmark international to join this summer, with Toby Alderweireld looking set to leave.
Sampdoria signed the centre-back in 2017, and according to Gazzetta dello Sport via TeamTalk , Spurs club officials were sent again to check on the defender’s progress by Mauricio Pochettino.

Luiz Felipe
While Spurs' main target in defence is said to be Andersen, they’re also reportedly looking at Lazio defender Luiz Felipe.
The 22-year-old has been used sparingly this season, making just 13 league starts, but Spurs are apparently interested in what could be a €20m transfer in the summer.
Tuttomercatoweb say that Felipe has been scouted "on more than one occasion", and could be brought in to add strength in depth at Spurs rather than go straight into the first XI.

Domagoj Vida
Spurs have been linked to Croatian centre-back Domagoj Vida, who is currently playing for Besiktas.
The 29-year-old was linked with plenty of moves last summer as he played a key role in a World Cup campaign that saw Croatia lose out to France in the final, and is now being linked to Spurs as they look for a possible replacement should Toby Alderweireld leave.
Besiktas reportedly need to sell players to comply with FFP laws, and Takvim state that Mauricio Pochettino has “demanded” that Spurs sign him at the end of the season to strengthen their squad.

Ivan Perisic
West Ham have reportedly been “sending sirens” over a potential move for Inter winger Ivan Perisic - but Spurs are reportedly in pole position to sign him.
The 30-year-old was a target for Manchester United last summer and Arsenal in January, but a move failed to materialise. And since then, Spurs have also been linked with the Croatia international.
Now, Gazzetta dello Sport via Sport Witness state that the Hammers are sending sirens and have already probed about a possible move - which would require a transfer fee of around €35m-45m.
Tuttosport , meanwhile, state that Spurs are the team leading the charge for winger.
