Latest Tottenham transfer rumours: Ryan Fraser boost, Spurs in three-way battle to land Hakimi

Tottenham Hotspur return to Premier League action very soon, as Jose Mourinho and his side look to salvage something from the season.

However, whilst attention is still firmly on the current campaign, it seems Spurs are looking elsewhere in Europe for potential reinforcements.

Mourinho will have his first proper chance to make his mark on the Spurs squad after inheriting his predecessor’s players.

Here are the very latest Spurs transfer rumours.

Fraser to snub Cherries deal

Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser is set to reject a short-term contract at the Cherries, The Sun are reporting.

Fraser is set to leave Bournemouth on a free transfer at the end of the month after refusing a new deal that would have kept him at the Vitality Stadium until the end of the season.

The deal could make good sense for Spurs, with clubs looking for free transfers or reduced fees this summer due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Arsenal and Crystal Palace have also been linked with the Scotland international, who could become one of the most sought-after players this summer.

Spurs chase Real Madrid’s on-loan star

Tottenham, Manchester City and Chelsea are all interested in Borussia Dortmund right-back Achraf Hakimi this summer, according to 90min.

Hakimi has been at Dortmund on a two-year loan deal from Real Madrid, and it comes to an end at the end of the season.

The speedy Moroccan wing-back has caught the eye this season for his attacking qualities – scoring 12 goals in his two years at the club.

Dortmund are very keen to keep hold of the 21-year-old, but Spurs, Chelsea and City are all keeping tabs on his situation.

Spurs end interest in Gerson

Tottenham have ended their interest in the £43m-rated Brazilian midfielder Gerson, according to Esportes.

Flamengo are demanding £43m for the 23-year-old midfielder, who signed from AS Roma in 2019.

Chelsea have also reportedly shown an interest in the highly-rated Flamengo player, who impressed in the side’s Copa Libertadores victory.

The report from Esportes has claimed Spurs offered £16m for Gerson, but Flamengo want another £27m for their midfielder.
