Latest Tottenham transfer rumours: Milik offer, Semedo flirts with move, Barcelona target Foyth

Here are your Tottenham transfer rumours for Thursday, May 14.

Barca plot move for unwanted Spurs star

Tottenham’s Juan Foyth has emerged as a shock target for Spanish giants Barcelona this summer.

The Argentine defender has struggled to nail down a regular place in the Spurs line up since his move from Estudiantes in 2017, and is set to leave the club after falling further down the pecking order under Jose Mourinho.

According to the Mirror, Barcelona see Foyth as a relatively cheap option, as they look to offload centre backs Samuel Umtiti or Jean-Clair Todibo.

Foyth, who can play both centrally and at right back, has only featured four times in the Premier League this campaign, starting just once.

Spurs make Milik move

Tottenham have reportedly submitted an offer to Napoli to try and sign striker Arkadiusz Milik.

Italian publication Tuttosport via Sportwitness claim the north Londoners have offered players and cash to try and convince the Neopolitans to part ways with the Polish forward.

Jose Mourinho is keen top add more firepower to his frontline to curb Spurs’ dependency on Harry Kane.

However, Juventus are also said to be keen on the 26-year-old, whose contract at the Stadio San Paolo expires in 2021.

Tottenham on alert with defender keen on Premier League move

Tottenham have been given a boost in their pursuit of Barcelona right back Nelson Semedo.

The right back, who is set to leave the Nou Camp this summer, is said to be ‘seduced’ by a possible move to England according to Mundo Deportivo.

Portuguese star Semedo, 26, has been at Barcelona since 2017 and been linked heavily with a move to Manchester City.

However, with Pep Guardiola’s side set to be banned from playing Champions League football for the next two years, Jose Mourinho could swoop in and convince his compatriot to join him in London instead.
