Latest Tottenham transfer rumours: Milan Skriniar plan, Chelsea's Antonio Rudiger decision

Tottenham Hotspur have had an exceptional transfer window, making seven new signings in total.

Of course, the standout is Gareth Bale - who has returned to the club after seven years at Real Madrid, but there has been more shrewd business from Daniel Levy.

Despite the influx of new players, Spurs don’t appear to be quite done as we enter the final two days of the window.

With that being said, here are the latest Tottenham transfer rumours.

Sessegnon close to Bundesliga move

Tottenham youngster Ryan Sessegnon is set to complete a loan move to German side Hoffenheim ‘in the coming hours’.

That’s what RMC Sport are reporting, with the versatile player nearing a move to get him more first-team opportunities.

Sessegnon has had interest from the likes of Celtic and Leeds United, but a move to the Bundesliga looks to be almost done.

Hertha Berlin and Hoffenheim are reportedly battling it out for his services, with the latter appearing to have won.

Chelsea reluctant to allow Rudiger Spurs move

Chelsea are reluctant to sell Antonio Rudiger to their London rivals Tottenham, according to The Athletic.

The German centre-back, who has fallen out-of-favour at Stamford Bridge, is ‘determined’ to join Spurs before Monday’s deadline.

However, the Blues do not want to sell to Spurs, with their relationship worsening in recent years, the report states.

When Tottenham signed Fernando Llorente back in 2017, Chelsea were left furious with the then-manager Antonio Conte desperate to sign the Spanish striker at the time.

Spurs won’t give up on Skriniar

Tottenham will not ‘give up’ in their pursuit of Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar, according to La Repubblica.

According to recent reports, the deal is almost dead, and the Italian club claim they do not want to sell the centre-back.

However, according to the report, Spurs ‘do not give up’ and they are doing everything they can to sign the defender.

Skriniar has played once so far in the Serie A for Inter this season.
