Latest Tottenham transfer rumours: Fraser contract offer, Bayern ace targeted, Schick clause

The summer transfer window could be huge in determining Jose Mourinho’s career at Tottenham Hotspur.

Next season will be Mourinho’s first full campaign in charge at Spurs and there could be a mass change in the squad in the summer.

However, the club’s spending could be limited due to the financial crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

It seems Spurs are still looking around Europe for players to strengthen their squad, though, and here are the best transfer rumours.

Development in Fraser chase

Tottenham are preparing a contract offer that will hopefully persuade Ryan Fraser to join them instead of other interested clubs, according to Football Insider.

Fraser’s deal at Bournemouth expires at the end of the season, and Spurs are set to offer the Scotland winger a lucrative contract to tempt him to join.

Arsenal have also been linked with a move for the 26-year-old, who will be available on a free transfer.

The Cherries want Fraser to stay and have offered him a new contract, but the winger is keen to move on.

Spurs offer contract for Bayern ace

Tottenham have offered a contract to Bayern Munich youngster Taylor Booth, according to Football Insider.

Spurs have scouted the 18-year-old and have been impressed with what they have seen, and are set to offer Booth a professional contract.

Booth has been capped by USA up to U19s level and is concerned about breaking into the Bundesliga champions’ first-team.

Schick emerges as target

RB Leipzig’s on-loan forward Patrik Schick has emerged as a target for Tottenham, but they could face competition from Arsenal, according to Il Tempo, via Sport Witness.

Schick has spent this season on loan at Leipzig from AS Roma and has impressed for the Bundesliga team.

The Czech striker has a €29m clause in his loan deal at Leipzig, but Julian Nagelsmann’s side are not too keen on making his contract permanent just yet, according to the report.

The 24-year-old has scored eight goals in 17 appearances in the German top-flight this season.
