Tottenham's hopes of securing Champions League football next season suffered a huge set-back on Saturday.
Spurs were beaten 2-1 by Chelsea at Stamford Bridge leaving them four points off the Champions League places.
Off the pitch, the club is never far away from transfer speculation and that is already the case ahead of the summer transfer window.
With that in mind, here are the latest Tottenham rumours doing the rounds today.
Spurs want Willian
Chelsea midfielder Willian has dropped a Tottenham transfer hint amid uncertainty over his Chelsea future.
Willian is out of contract this summer and has maintained a good relationship with Spurs boss Jose Mourinho, who took him to Stamford Bridge back in 2013.
According to reports, Stamford Bridge chiefs are only prepared to extend his deal by two years while the Brazilian wants three, with more reports suggesting Mourinho is ready to pounce.
“People ask me about the best coaches I have had. For sure, Mourinho is one of them," he said recently.
“We had a special relationship. He demanded a lot, so there were some conflicts, but that’s normal.
"He would challenge me and call out my mistakes, but if I had played well he would also say something like, ‘today you killed it’."
Barca youngster release clause to be activated
Tottenham are interested in Marc Cucurella and are willing to pay the €25m release clause to sign him.
Cadena Cope are reporting that Jose Mourinho’s side are one of several clubs keen to sign the 21-year-old, who is currently on loan from Barcelona.
The report states that Getafe are now ready to turn his move into a permanent one, paying €16m for 60 percent of his rights, with Barcelona keeping the other 40 percent.
That deal includes a €25m release clause and Cope claim that Tottenham, Bayer Leverkusen, Borussia Mönchengladbach, Atletico Madrid and Sevilla are all willing to pay it.
Osimhen update
AC Milan are interested in a move for Lille striker Victor Osimhen.
Osimhen only joined Lille last summer as a replacement for Nicolas Pepe who joined Arsenal in the same window.
Scoring 18 goals across all competitions this season, has seen the forward linked with a host of clubs from across Europe, one of them being Tottenham.
But now a report from Calciomercato.com claims that Milan have also entered the race to sign the 20-year-old.
