West Lothian continues to lag behind most of Scotland with Covid-19 vaccinations.
The latest Public Health Scotland (PHS) data as of April 11 revealed that West Lothian is joint fourth worst in the country.
There have been 82,436 residents in the county who have received the first dose of their vaccine, working out at 55.8 per cent.
Only Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen are lower, and Dundee sits level with West Lothian, having vaccinated 55.8 per cent of their population.
Another 13,616 people have received their second dose in West Lothian, 9.2 per cent of residents.
The PHS tables also revealed that the vast majority of people over aged 55 have been vaccinated in West Lothian with their first dose.
With 50 to 54 year-olds, 74.5 per cent have had their first dose.
But with 40 to 49 year-olds that figures drops down to 31.6 per cent.
With 30 to 39 year-olds it is just 22.8 per cent.
And lowest of all are 16 to 29 year-olds, only 15 per cent having had their first dose.
The northen regions, Na h-Eileanan Siar and Orkney Islands, are joint top of the vaccination tables, having vaccinated 76.1 per cent of their residents.
The majority of other local authorities have vaccination rates above 60 per cent.
The figures also show that 348,664 front line health and social care workers have had their first dose, and a further 264,257 have had the second jag in Scotland.
The nationwide figures for people having their first jag is 2,657,578, or 58.5 per cent, and a further 568,875 people, 12.5 per cent, have had the second dose.
