Latest Premier League sacking odds for the 2021/22 season

Newcastle United boss Steve Bruce has been tipped as the favourite to be the first manager to leave in the new Premier League season.

The Toon head coach was favourite for most of last season despite guiding the Magpies to 12th in the league and is priced at 5/1 with Grosvenor Sport to be the first involved in any managerial change in the upcoming season.

After him, it is Crystal Palace's new boss Patrick Vieira, who has had a busy summer transfer window already despite being in the post since the start of July, at 6/1.

The former Arsenal captain has his hands full as he looks to bring in an entirely new squad with 11 first-team players including Gary Cahill, Andros Townsend and Patrick van Aanholt all leaving on a free transfer.

He may have a big task but he certainly will not have as much pressure as new Everton boss Rafa Benitez - priced at 10/1 to leave his new role.

The former Liverpool manager has not been warmly welcomed by many Evertonians over this appointment but this could be a smart move if all things go to plan.

However, it could be a bit too much for the Champions League-winning manager and could result in Farhad Moshiri sending in the first P45 of the new season.
