Latest Premier League rumours: Man United's triple transfer deal, surprise Koulibaly offer

The Premier League remains on hold as clubs and League bosses continue to search for a path to return.

But while supporters have been starved of football, they have not gone short when it comes to transfer rumours.

We may not know exactly when transfer window will open - with the likelihood the summer window will be pushed back - but there has still been an influx of rumours involving Premier League clubs.

The most expensive Premier League transfers ever

With that in mind, here are the latest.

Newcastle to make 'super offer'

Newcastle United are being tipped to make a 'super offer' for Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly.

Koulibaly has been linked with a number of top clubs across Europe, and now Newcastle are being linked amid their proposed takeover.

And transfer expert Fabio Santini is claiming the Magpies are willing to make a 'super offer' should their takeover go through.

They would still face competition, though, with Juventus and PSG linked.

Man City make 'important offer'

According to Spanish outlet Sport , Barcelona full-back Nelson Semedo has an 'important offer' on the table from Manchester City.

The report suggests City are rivalling Inter Milan in a move for the Portugal international.

Semedo is set to 'prefer' a move to the Premier League and the Citizens could, of course, offer him that opportunity.

United to press on

Manchester United will press on in their pursuit of three players this summer.

That's according to the Manchester Evening News , who say the Red Devils are still eyeing Jude Bellingham, Jack Grealish Jadon Sancho.

Doubt had been cast over their plans with the coronavirus pandemic impacting the majority of clubs financially.

But the latest reports suggest they will still flex their muscle this summer, or indeed whenever the transfer window does open.

Everton dealt setback

Everton have been dealt a setback in their bid to land Barcelona defender Jean-Clair Tobido.

The 20-year-old is highly rated but Barcelona are still expected to cash in this summer.

Everton were expected to make a move but they have been dealt a setback with Leipzig joining the race, according to Le 10 Sport .

The Bundesliga club look destined to lose defender Dayot Upamecano this summer and are seeking a replacement.
