A Weston-super-Mare man who mysteriously disappeared while on holiday in Benidorm with a friend has been found.
Nick Brzeziski, 32, flew out to Benidorm for a short break on Sunday with friend Luke and was staying at the Sandos Benidorm Suites in the resort.
However on Tuesday after an incident at the hotel he was arrested by Spanish police and appeared in court on Wednesday.
He was released from court and last seen at around 11.30am on Wednesday.
His wife Laura flew out to try and find him on Wednesday afternoon, but to no avail, returning home in the early hours of today.
However now it has transpired that Mr Brzeziski, a builder, is being cared for by the Red Cross.
A flight back to Bristol has been booked by his wife Laura and he is due to return home late tonight.

Laura, a training nurse, said: "Nick had walked from Benidorm to Alicante which had taken him a couple of days.
"When he got to the airport, they refused to help him, so he started walking back to Benidorm.
"It was then that he collapsed and was picked up by the Red Cross."
Nick, who does not have his phone with him, gave the Red Cross his mum's number. The charity then contacted his mother who lives in Portishead.
Laura has booked her husband, with whom she has a four year old son, on a flight which is due to arrive in Bristol at 1.15pm tonight.

Laura said: "He is in a bad way and really poorly.
"As soon as he lands at Bristol Airport we are taking him to hospital."
Laura described the last few days as 'horrific'.
"I haven't been able to sleep and I can't eat and I keep being sick," she said.
"I have told our little boy that I had to go to Benidorm because daddy had forgotten his lunchbox.
"This is totally out of character for Nick.
"I am praying he gets on that flight tonight."
