Manchester City could be without two key men for the crucial trip to Manchester United this week.
Kevin De Bruyne was substituted in the first half of City's home win against Tottenham on Saturday, and Pep Guardiola admitted the Belgian's injury-hit season could be over.
Guardiola said after the game: "I don’t know how big an impact but I think the next games he will be out. I didn’t speak to him, but he put his hands on his hamstring."
But De Bruyne appeared to be missing from training on Sunday, and the manager later confirmed De Bruyne would not be available for the derby, saying: "It’s a muscular problem. We see day by day but he is not available tomorrow.
"Now we have to see if he can play one or two more games before the end of the season and have a good pre-season."
De Bruyne has already had two lengthy spells out of action this season with knee problems, and had begun to find form again for City as he registered a hat-trick of assists in the 4-3 Champions League win over Tottenham.

Left-back Benjamin Mendy was not part of the matchday squad against Tottenham at the weekend, and was another player who wasn't spotted at training on Sunday.
Mendy has also missed much of the season through injury, and Guardiola had been managing his return to action which could explain his absence against Spurs. City will be hoping he is not suffering from another injury.
City have no other injury concerns to worry about for the trip across Manchester as recent injury worries like Fabian Delph and Oleks Zinchenko trained this week.
